Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, combine margerine & cream cheese- beat until blended gradually add flour, sugar & salt.
Mix well, shape into log on lightly floured surface.
Cover with plastic wrap & refridgerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350.
Divide dough into 3 equal parts roll each section into rectangle approx. 8" by 14" on lightly floured surface.
Carefully spread about 1/3 of the fruit spread on each section.
Roll up jelly style & with sharp knife cut into 1/2" thick slices.
Place on greased cookie sheet & bake 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool & store in tightly covered container.
