Preparation:
Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, lemon pepper and set aside.
Flatten each chicken breast to approximately 1/4" by pounding between sheets of waxed paper.
Brush one side of each chicken breast with Harvest Crafters Pepper jelly, then press into the bread crumb mixture, repeat on the other side.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, coat with vegetable spray, add chicken breast and cook until done, approximately 3 minutes each side.
Serve each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of Harvest Crafters Pepper Jelly and enjoy!
Yields 4 servings.
