Preparation:
Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix
until blended.
Mix crumbs & butter, press into a 8" or 9" square baking pan that has been lined with foil.
Pour cheesecake mixture over crust.
Drop Harvest Crafters Apple Butter one tablespoon at a time over surface of batter.
Swirl gently to create a marbled effect.
Bake at 350*F for 40 minutes or until
centre is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Cut into bars.
