Preparation:
Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs, mix until blended.
Pour into crust.
Drop Harvest Crafters Apple Butter one tablespoon at a time over surface of batter.
Swirl gently to create a marbled effect.
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until centre is almost set.
Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hour or overnight.
Serve with additional Harvest Crafters Apple Butter.
