Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Ib. pork tenderloin, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 apple, cored, peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup Harvest Crafters Apple Butter (any flavour)
1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whipping cream

Preparation:
Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat.
Add the pork slices and cook for 1-2 minutes more on each side or until browned and set aside.
In the same skillet, on medium heat, add the onion, celery, and apple. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes more.
In a bowl, whisk the Harvest Crafters Apple Butter and water together until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with a bit of Harvest Crafters Apple Butter mixture to form a paste.
Stir the remaining Harvest Crafters Apple Butter mixtures, whipping cream, and paste mixture into the skillet.
Bring to a boil then simmer to reduce the sauce to desired thickness.
Pour over the pork and bake for 20-25 minutes.
